Entry to the lectures is subject to availability - once room capacity has been reached, we won't be able to accommodate any more people in the room. Once the lecture begins and the filming starts, the main door to the room will be closed. An alternative entrance will be sign-posted for those arriving late, and is also subject to seat availability.
