On 22 February 2025, a new piece of music will be premiered by Mad Song in the Hollywell Music Room, a piece that was inspired by Geoffrey Batchen’s 2022 book The Forms of Nameless Things: Experimental photographs by William Henry Fox Talbot. Titled Photogenia, the music was composed by Dr. Tom Metcalf, Christopher Cox Junior Research Fellow at New College, University of Oxford.
